The staff is very nice and helpful.

I experienced challenges with noise from the reception area, which disrupted my sleep. The bed in the 'matrimonial' suite was uncomfortable, as it was two twin beds pushed together, leaving an unappealing gap. The breakfast service was inconsistent, and I felt disappointed by the limited options available .

I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, it was quiet with fast wi-fi. The idea to include an electric kettle and a fridge in the double room was nice. The property was in a central location to the Uffizi gallery for example. Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Florence.

Unbeatable and perfectly comfortable location, it was close to the train station. Furthermore, the hotel was just a pleasant stroll away from a Renaissance palace.
