The staff is very nice and helpful.
I experienced challenges with noise from the reception area, which disrupted my sleep. The bed in the 'matrimonial' suite was uncomfortable, as it was two twin beds pushed together, leaving an unappealing gap. The breakfast service was inconsistent, and I felt disappointed by the limited options available .

I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, it was quiet with fast wi-fi. The idea to include an electric kettle and a fridge in the double room was nice. The property was in a central location to the Uffizi gallery for example. Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Florence.

The location is perfect, just a short stroll to the train station and major attractions. I loved the charming ambiance of the 15th-century building. The ceiling frescoes added an artistic touch. Madina at the front desk was the highlight! She was super friendly and very helpful with local tips and dining reservations. Breakfast was a mixed bag. There was some confusion about orders on a couple of days. The options were decent, but the organization left something to be desired. The sound from the street could be bothersome at times, especially in the mornings. Still, the stay was enjoyable overall due to the cute atmosphere and helpful staff.
